Job Description:

Your role will include, but is not limited to, working directly with the Art Director and game designers to develop high quality UI/UX art for the different projects of the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the Art Director
  • Creates high quality UI art for games, apps. Web
  • Front end flow design and layout
  • Menu hierarchy design and layout
  • Game controls and interface

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Professional UI/UX art background, with at least 3 years in a game industry
  • Flexibility with adoption of art styles and direction is critical
  • Expertise with Photoshop and Illustrator (vector art knowledge highly desirable)
  • Demonstration of artistic skills in portfolio (online preferred)
  • Interest in family entertainment genre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to verbalize artistic vision
  • Self-directed and highly motivated
  • Willingness to take constructive criticism and direction
  • Strong interest in working in a highly collaborative team environment

An exceptional candidate will also have these qualities:
  • Experience with a variety of projects and game subjects
  • Concept art foundational skills
  • Experience in Marketing logos, packaging, vector art is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of engine systems (Unity, Flash, etc.)
  • Multi-platform development experience (PC, console, iOS, Android)
  • Fine art, illustration or game art educational background
  • Resourcefulness and the ability to self-teach
