Job Description:

We’re on the hunt for a UX designer to join our creative team. Your whole purpose in life (at least your life at GigMasters) is to create exceptional experiences for our passionate vendors and party-planning clients. This is an exciting role for someone who wants to develop user-centric, multi-device UX designs for a fast growing consumer brand. The right candidate can demonstrate how his/her desktop and mobile user interfaces have helped drive business. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and energized by making things elegantly simple.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with our product developers and marketers to create clear and simple user-centric experiences across web, mobile web and iOS/Android native apps
  • Create wireframes and low-fidelity mockups
  • Articulate strong opinions, past results and industry best practices  to help create best conversion outcomes
  • Constantly evaluate competitive and innovative products and design approaches to identify best practices, emerging patterns, and encourage innovation

Perks and Benefits

We're a tight-knit group. We hold regular company events, we believe in celebrating company milestones, and we hang together after work. Yes, we have a ping pong table, and we close early on Fridays in the summer, but it is teamwork, passion, and hard work that truly define us. Benefits include excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, & 401k matching after 90 days. Employee referral bonus program. Paid company smartphone after one year.

Let's do this!

Want to be our next UX Designer? Send us the following and get the ball rolling:

  1. Résumé
  2. Cover letter including 5 things we should know about you
