In this role you will have the opportunity to lead discovery and definition processes and actively collaborate with the Account, Development, and Design teams across a broad spectrum of projects.

This role requires the ability to develop a deep understanding of client business needs and objectives and leverage that into recommended solutions that will provide measurable results. The Digital User Experience Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing successful Emerging Media communications projects, and providing information architecture and user experience deliverables such as site maps, wireframe diagrams, process flows, user personae, use case scenarios, and functional requirements. MUST HAVE UX training or experience, including expert familiarity with Visio, Axure, Omnigraffle or similar tools. Projects will include desktop and mobile-optimized websites, web applications, landing pages, mobile applications, email communications, and other UI implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital strategy and targeted multi-channel marketing programs for clients that help them successfully build profitable, long-term relationships with their customers
  • Define scope, recommend approach, and plan execution of interactive marketing communications projects
  • Conduct and/or participate in research, stakeholder interviews, and other discovery activities
  • Translate business requirements and customer needs into user-friendly information architecture and user experience deliverables, such as site maps, wireframe diagrams, process flows, user personae, use case scenarios, and functional requirements
  • Work with account teams to develop briefs that fully incorporate the digital perspective and will inspire clients and creative teams alike to come up with idea development and implementation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional agency teams to manage the successful completion of digital projects
  • Analyze trends/results to determine program implications and iterative solutions
  • Participate in new business development initiatives and support RFP responses as assigned, to include research, presentation content creation, preliminary solution development, and managing the development of digital support elements such as proposal microsites, applications, or proofs of concept

  • 6+ years of digital strategy and UX experience in consulting or agency environment
  • Expert familiarity with Visio, Axure, Omnigraffle or similar tools for executing site maps and wireframes
  • Direct experience formulating strategic approaches to solving client communications and marketing challenges via web sites, web applications, mobile technologies, email communications, search engine marketing, and web analytics
  • Strong project management skills and direct experience managing the successful completion of Digital/Social/Mobile projects and ongoing digital marketing communications programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills and experience managing client relationships
  • Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with B2B brands a plus
