Apologies For Multiple Emails

Hello,

My apologies for the multiple emails going out.  I have been working on setting up the beta website.  I only intended to invite a few select individuals that had previously agreed to test the beta website functionality.

I did not realize that the system was sending out an email each time a user was "Activated".  The old user data was being imported as the users being "Inactive'.  And each time I activated a user apparently an email was sent out.  It was my understanding that the system would not send out an email unless I specifically requested an activation email.  But obviously I am wrong.

So, once again my apologies for the multiple emails.
